I’ve been doing some personal reading from the book,”Failing Forward” by John C Maxwell, and came across this great ACRONYM that describes failure! ❤️ it!

There are two choices about your fears. You can either;

1. Give up and run from them
                    OR
2. Face your fears head on and continue moving forward!

It’s day 3 and I’m living this program! I’ve realized 2 things: 1, I don’t eat enough protein, and 2. I eat too many carbs! 2 yellow containers a day is torture- but it’s good for me! I love these little containers.. So much better than calorie counting! After just 3 days of working out and eating”clean”, I’m starting to see how it’s possible to lose 10+lbs in 3 weeks! #autumncalabrese doesn’t let up! Every workout has had weights! This is somewhat new to me- #P90X3 had dedicated cardio days- no weights- but it also had upper and lower workouts just like this workout:) We want results in only 3 weeks , with short workouts. Day 1 of the#21dayfix  was a SUCCESS:)!  I was really worried that I would be starving, but I wasn’t at all. I was still full around lunch time, and had to make myself eat my salad & almonds:)
#totalbodycardiofix had my heart rate high the entire workout,but I loved how each set was for a minute:) you were onto the cool down before you knew it! Everything I made today was fresh- no processed foods:) The south western spice mix from the21dayfix guide made my pork chop unbelievable! Bye bye pre packaged McCormic spice marinades!l How do you like to add flavor to your meals?

HAPPY Saturday! And a sweaty one at that! After completing #p90x3, I took a well needed week off. Today I decided I needed to get a workout in, and what better way than to preview one of the workouts from#the21dayfix-#dirty30!! #autumncalabrese means business:) I had to use my 8&10lb weights today! My arms and legs are paper weights, but that doesn’t mean the bootay wasn’t worked! I really enjoyed the side bends with 1 weight- my obliques were screaming! If you hate crunches,and want that”V” cut,this is YOUR move:). I’m feeling so much better than if I hadn’t worked out! My body was worked, I’m in a fabulous mood, and I put some sense nutrition into my body!!👍👍👍💪💪.           Can’t wait to start the entire program,with the portion controlled meal plan on Monday! Perfect time to start after the holidays! Follow me on my 3 week journey!
