I can’t believe I’m already on week 3 of PIYO- time is flying! #core killed me today after doing the buns workout yesterday, but because we did such an intense workout both yesterday and today, I could feel my muscles wirking on overload! I had to modify the side plank with the PIYO plank combo, and actually fell( was just fatigued). So I went to modifying the move. I tried to end strong and give it my all and push through til the end with the side knee crunches and punter kick combinations:) I was a #sweatydisaster!

It’s the start( well 2nd day of week 3), with piyo! I already ❤️ this program due to low impact thanks to my bad knees, but I’m having no problems whatsoever! Today’s workout#buns had lunges, but it didn’t phase me or, hurt my knees in anyway. After only 28 minutes, I’m feeling the burn in 3 major places!: core,buns and legs( thank you squats!).   I am still sore after 30 minutes post workout! And forget how I’m going to feel tomorrow- I’ve already had to face those things called stairs, and it was tough to make it up only 2 flights!
 If you were given 3 moves, and could only choose ONE of them which would it be?!:
A. Lunges B. Squats or 3, burpees

Nothing says you kicked the workout to the moon and back like being drenched in sweat!! I had to make up  up #PIYOSWEAT. I loved it, but when I realized , oh crap.. Another 30 minutes?! I did my best and because I already brought 110%’to the first workout, my arms and abs were on fire- so.. I did a few moves with the modifications- especially the tricep push ups-WHOA!          What’s the hardest part for you when it comes to working out? Getting motivated to workout? Or continuing the workout when you’re only half way done?!

Happy Flex Friday!!Today’s supposed to be my rest day, but I took yesterday off instead. So today’s workout was #upperbody! I’m definitely feeling it in my arms after only 18 minutes, with a sweaty red face to boot!             What  got you up and moving this Friday?

Got in my workout while myhubby played his video games! The convenience of needing very little space, and the luxury of having a 20 inch iMac!    

Now we’re off to the beach and spending time with family:)! Who’s excited for the 4th of July weekend?! With the holiday weekend comes traveling, on the go meals and a lot of BBQs with foods I’m sure you don’t typically eat, so you enjoy yourself. And you know what? That’s ok! But what I don’t like is that bloated, yucky feeling you get when you eat too much greasy food! 

But no worries because you can turn to the #3dayrefresh! Want to LOSE up to 5lbs in 3 days? get rid of the bloating, have more energy and get rid of your bad habits?!

Someone else made a post about these#chiapods a few months ago, but I’m so excited about finding them, I had to make a post of my own😃. If you’ve never eaten chia seeds before, when mixed with liquid(coconut milk, water,etc. ), the chia seeds suck up the liquid and form a gel. In the case of the mango chia pudding, I’m sure it soaked up some mango juice as well!  I have to say, I really enjoyed this. I don’t like tapioca, but the purée of the mango seemed to make the chia seeds smoother or less noticeable. I also liked how in every couple of bites, I had a crunch in my mouth from some of the chia seeds! The little spoon that came with the chia pod was awesome! You can scoop up a lot!
The flavor was amazing! It tasted entirely of mango but the texture similar to a pumpkin pie? And the deep orange color was more beautiful than the picture( probably doesn’t look appetizing). If you love chia seeds- chia seed pudding, and like to mix it up, go out and try this delicious snack!

I feel as though I can relate to Chalene- I love Pilates and yoga, but it’s slow. I always need to keep moving💪👍                         How’s was your morning workout?
