#piyo #sculpt had my thighs and triceps BURNING! I almost didn’t get my workout in( I had to do house work), but I turned on the DVD player and committed! I was surprised because it was only a 26 minute workout! I know it’s hard to make time for your workouts, but you ALWAYS feel better after you’re done:). What’s your biggest struggle with working out?

My mom introduced these to me yesterday. I know I’ve had them before, but never remembered them tasting SOO GOOD! I think I’m going to have to make a #traderJoe’s run! Friday inspiration!

It’s Friday! We’ve almost made it to think weekend! A little Friday inspiration and something to think about this morning;)

When you talk, you are repeating what you already know.But if you listen, you may learn something new.- —unknown


Go out today and talk to your friends, co workers or family members, BUT ” duct tape” your mouth! Really listen to that person and you will find out something you’ve never known before because, you truly listened! No interruptions or things about YOU, but just quietly listening to that one person:)

New fitness/ motivational group starting soon!

If I could provide you with a workout that:

Had a great workout this morning;) had my raspberry and peanut butter shake to help fuel my workout:) For some reason today this combo( in the video) was difficult for me- probably because of all of the leg work I did yesterday- whew! My legs were on fire during the burpees! And the stretch and strength section, was a little easier this round, but don’t get me wrong, it was still hard! I held on, and was able to do all of the push ups, just a little slower than Chalene. My arms were on fire:) forget diamonds are a girls best friend- try muscles are the new thing:)

Whew! Long day on my feet with a lot of bending and squating during the work day- was not in the mood to workout, but I came home, got my workout clothes on, pushed play and within 5 minutes was in deep with #fullbidyblast! I was mesmerized with the slides, and ❤️d how you get into a rhythm- especially with the mountain climbers:)

I haven’t been using my HR monitor to track my calorie burn, but today I was curious! Between#totalbodyblast & #strengthintervals =512 calories! I was amazed that with only 20 minutes of strength intervals, that I burned 225 calories! Can you burn that with 30 minutes of running?!  I think I burned maybe 200! I ❤️Chalene, and she keeps it fun and pushes you continuously throughout the entire workout! You are worth it!
Have you tried a core workout with plates or discs?! I DARE you to TRY IT! It’s so much fun!

##piyo,#hardcoreonthefloor was nuts:) my legs are still shaking after trying this move:) I even fell over, but kept on perservere ing and doing the best I could! Tomorrow’s a new day to reset and continue to bring it every day:) what’s one thing you struggled with today?
